Helen Yamada is one of the founders of The Art of Healing, a professional 3 year Training Program based in Asheville, North Carolina. This program was designed to guide and encourage emerging healers as they begin to develop their healing skills, professional standards, heightened awareness and spiritual discernment. It began under the sponsorship of the Mid Atlantic Council of Healers in the Washington, D.C. area, where it has been building since 1993.
Helen is a gifted clairvoyant and clairaudient healer working with very subtle etheric energies. Helen is also a professional artist and encourages beauty and creativity in all her clients and students. Helen has extensively studied the Ancient Mystery School teachings and is a graduate of the Rev. Rosalyn Bruyere's Crucible Program and is an ordained minister of the Healing Light Church. She has been traveling extensively teaching healing and working as a healer with individuals since 1984.
On Saturday, Helen will present a program especially for those new to energy work, and for more practiced students who wish to expand their experience and understanding.
In this program, Helen will present the basics of the human energy field and a solid grounding of energy work and how it can be used to heal our body, mind and emotions. Students will learn to get energy moving into their bodies and out through their hands. They will also learn the art of pushing, pulling or allowing the energy as it flows.
Helen will also present a primer on chakras, the energy centers of the body, along with a meditation that will give students the opportunity to experience their own chakras.
Sunday's program will be for those who attend the Saturday session, as well as for more experienced healers. Helen will present advanced techniques to help students become more familiar with the various levels of energy in the body, and the energetic connection that exists between the chakras and the body organs and systems to which each of them relates.
